we are a family of hospitality workers ....

Dad: Jason (chef)
Mum: Leah (Event Planner/Hostess/Pastry Chef)
Son: Dan (chef/waiter)
Son: Matt (barman/barista/waiter/kitchenhand)

We owned a hotel for 9 years and an Italian restaurant for 7 years, in between which we all worked at various dining establishments around Australia.

We recently started our own personal dining service on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria called 'Bon Appetit'. (see website http://www.bonappetitdining.com/)

I plan to blog the emergence and hopefully the success of the business as it grows.
